	The apartment does have ants, bathrooms mold easily. Maintenance of apartments is not responded to quickly. Manager is truly not friendly. Recommendation to current residence or future; look up residental landlord-tenant laws!

	The apartment has ants and molds, not maintained well. People moving in and out very frequently. Manager not friendly.
