VERY HIGH CRIME BUILDING! LANDLORD IS SLUMLORD!

This building is in a very high crime area and in a drug and prostitute infested area of town. My apartment was broken into and my front window shattered by a rock. The police are at the building at least three times a week.
There are always shady people coming in and out of the building, which I suspect is mostly drug traffic. The building is unkept and often noisy.
The owner, Jackie, is a lunatic who tries to enforce illegal rental policies and plays favoritism towards various tenants. Maintenance requests are often ignored, as are the needs of the tenants.
I moved out of this place after just one year of HELL!!! I would not recommend this hell hole to ANYONE!!
