Great location, great view. Street parking is ample as the area surrounding the building is offices, so everything is freed up after 6. The staff is great and hold packages that are delivered and attend to maintenance issues in a timely matter.

There is "white noise" that comes from the grain terminal, but nothing extreme. I'd rather hear that than listen to pedestrian and car noise.
