WARNING!!!!! From: Unhappierenter Date posted: 1/28/2005 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2004   The Nettleton, Mhm, nice building. I've lived in two different units in this complex. Both i must say were nice, but the management here SUCKS! I thought our last management sucks, now we are under new owners, which as WORST management. It takes them forever to get something done. It is noisy.The windows are just a very thin glass, which you can hear EVERYTHING from outside. You can hear everything in the hall ways. And our "secured" parking garage, well it aint so secure if you car is getting broken into. Washing machines are breaking all the time. I woudn't even recommend anyone move in here. I rather live some place cheaper, at least i can get the same treatment there at a cheaper price. The Nettleton is just an over priced place with crappy management.
