It's all downhill!!! Don't even think about moving here. From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 4/14/2005 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2005   Some schmucks took over ownership and/or management of the buildings, and the premises have been in a steady state of decline. -The elevators are always broken. -The trash is no longer emptied early and regularly. -The electronic access to the building works ... 66% of the time. -Each below-ground parking spot was reduced by two feet, while the rent was increased. -The staff (except one) is unprofressional and, unfortunately, very imcompetent. -The exercise rooms are about as useful as jacking-off while taking a dump. -There's no longer a security guard on duty all night. Instead, a frail, elderly, hunched-over man limps in every night to ---- himself, wipe his arse on the carpet and take a nap. -But, the rent was increased because of the forthcoming improvements. Yeah, and I'm a virgin.
