conditions From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 12/27/2005 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2005   Yes conditions have deteriorated a bit but how could they not when they are tearing up everything and rebuilding it. We have to expect that their will be some sort of distruption. For a while it was embarrasing to bring over friends because the lobby was like a war zone with all the construction. Now that they are putting things back together you can tell it is going to look nice. I don't want them to do anything to my unit. I called down to the office and asked them if I could transfer to the units they are remodeling and I will stay in my unremodeled unit thanks, it was going to cost me almost $300 more for a updated one. I will keep my old windows thanks. People do smoke in their apartments but if you are that sensative to it maybe you should rent a house. Management can't tell someone not to smoke in their apartment unless it is a non smoking building. How are they going to make one tower non smoking. Get real, they would have to get rid of half the residents in the building.
