Overall, I'd say this apartment is *ok*...but not for the price they want to charge. They have been working on some remodeling for the past 6 months, and the noise has been continual. One problem excaberating this is the single-pane windows. the block no sound, and provide very little insulation. on top of that, there are no screens so leaving your windows open in the warmer weather=bugs.
DON'T BE FOOLED by the good-looking facade! If you can afford to pay these prices you can get a nicer apartment somewhere else!

Oh, i forgot to mention, there are halogen spotlights on the side of the building that will light up your life! sometimes they leave these on until 2am!

the lights would be fine if they didn't shine UP the building and blind you as you try to sleep.
