Into my apartment while they performed a "Knock and Enter" search of unit 1306 this evening. While they would not discuss details, after two weeks here, I could figure it out. Young people who are becoming skilled drug salesmen are able to rent here with minimal background checks. We are close to I-5 (Madison Street exit) and on the number 12 route from Capitol Hill. While the rents are not cheap, Drug money is.

It is seldom, if ever, that I get a full nights sleep without interuption by a siren or neighbor's loud music.

I have begun the paperwork needed to sue the complex (Pinnacle) for breach of lease and needless pain and suffering.

The buildings have gone through what they call a significant renovation. Why in the world did they not replace the single pane windows with energy effiecent double paned ones' And where are the screens' No! The building is NOT air conditioned and NO you cannot place one in the window (building rules). Needless to say it has been painful.

Frankly, I would not rent here again if they paid me.

Loved the review, I am totally getting out as soon as my lease is up! This apartment building is a joke. I am looking for a house now because never again do I want to live in an apartment building after the ---- from living here!

Before Pinnacle took over I asked about the windows. The cost would have been about 2.5 million to replace with double panes (like Elektra and Decatur did when they went condo). Too expensive and like the previous reviewer stated, carpet and paint are far cheaper ways to "renovate." If only this place would go condo. We could clear out the undesirable element and make these real, safe homes with the protected views. Until then, this is getting to be like a retread of Melrose Place. Lastly, for those of you that have seen all the cops recently, I found out that (besides the drug dealer issue, someone broke into a tower 2 (B-building for those oldtimers) and cleaned out a bunch of tenant's storage lockers. They know it was an inside job. Thankfully I keep everything in my apartment.

you people amaze me. Its downtown seattle hello! If you want quite buy a house out of the city. And answer me one question. How many brand new homes just built around there and apartments have air condition in them? slim to none. It's Washington were we get sun like three weeks out of the year! Hear is a suggestion quit your winning and just move. apartments communities are what the people make of them not the company!
