poor service From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 6/12/2008 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2008   I have been living here for more than 3 years. The stuff was very nice and helpful when I moved in; however, recent stuff is all suck!! Very rude and not helpful AT ALL! They never response, I stop by office every day to get respose, it took me almost a month to get it!answer is always different even if I talk to the same person... The rent has been higher and higher. Parking is $165 now!! They really don't care about people who lives here for long, they just want kick me out, remodel the room, and welcome new people with higher rent. The building had electronic renovation last year. Supposed to be cut-off the gas (no more central-heating), but the Flat Rate didn t change, they said there was still gas boiler for shower so we had to pay gas till now. The flat rate will be gone and I will be received only water and garbage bill from September; they say they don t have gas boiler I was like ''' One day morning, 5 stranger was sleeping at hallway, I was scared and of course complaind to the office, but I saw those strangers 4 days in a row.
