Have been here over two years and the only reason I stay is that the location is great....plus too much stuff to move again! Staff and service sucks...have had 3 management companies in the past 18 months and each is worse than the next. The staff spend more time having cars towed, which I understand parking is an issue, but can we talk about priorities''' the washers in the laundry have not had hot water for two weeks now....the elevators are always having issues. I had one drop several floors while I was in it, I reported it and the woman at the office laughed and said "wow, did you have a fun ride'" When I came home that night, it was still in serverice, although shook badly when I tried to take it to my apartment.

The electronic door systems are always breaking down. The first year and a half I was here, the screen for the front door was not working so you couldn't look anyone up to buzz the apt. For several months the back door systems were down, so you could enter through the front...which sucked, cause if you had parking space (additional rent) on the top level of the garage you had to walk all the way to the front to get in....

Generally, I have to call 2 or 3 times to get something fixed. Then, when fixed, it is using the cheapest materials so that it generally falls apart again soon.

I am constantly using bleech to clean mold from the bathroom. I have reported my concern that it is also behind the cabinet in the bathroom, but get no response. I guess they will wait til someone gets really sick or dies.....

stairways smell like urine...laundry room is often dirty....trash rooms are disgusting...

the tennants pay for the electric and the building spot lights turn on at 6 pm or so during the summer when it isn't even dark until after 9....

I can go on...but think I have said enough to get people thinking about living here. As I said, location is great....bldng needs help. Needs owners and staff that care about the business they choose to get into!!!! 6TrHFn6pn7poyqNlKEgn

KUDOS! I could not have said it any better! The bathrooms do not have ventilation so it smells moldy. I have been here a year and it is going downhill fast. The janitors seems to care about the lobby and common areas that are deceiving to those coming to look at the place. The rest of the place is a DUMP! It feels very trashy and dingy. THe managment is horrible and can tell they dont give a ---- about their jobs. The management keeps changing and things are getting worse. They seem to focus on getting new tenants but once you sign a lease they stop treating you well and do nothing to help make your stay here nice. DONT LIVE HERE. We are out of here once our lease is up and cannot wait.
