Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2006
Apartment in good condition, but the decks are moldy. Landlord owns many properties so maint response can be slow (but usually resolved on one visit). The previous manager quit so I have no idea who the manager is now. My car was vandalized recently and there was a break-in a few months ago. Walls are not very thick. Views of nothing. Secured entry and assigned parking. Tiny kitchen but does have d/w and w/d. Some walls are not painted plain white, which is nice. $100 "move in" fee ... for what, since we have to pay to have the carpets cleaned anyway''
