If you are a Non-Smoker - DO NOT LIVE HERE. It seems that the only tenants they move in lately are Smokers. It is very frustrated to be surrounded on all sides - 6 apartments that all smoke. As we have had such a beautiful summer here in Seattle, it is very frustrating to have to keep all the windows and doors shut due to the steady stream of smoke that seems to surround building B. I REPEAT - DO NOT LIVE HERE if you are a Non-Smoker. I will be sending my doctor bills to the Overlook when I end up with cancer from second-hand smoke.

I have also noticed this...especially since I am home during the day a lot now and have had to move my computer and desk to another location in the apartment so I don't have to smell it. It stinks and makes my apartment stink also.
