New management sucks

Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2009
I have been living here about 2 years and have been a stellar resident. Unfortunately there is a nitpicky old hag who likes to complain about everyone and she has finally decided to start complaining about me (after 2 years of no complaints). Even though she lives one floor below me #510 and none of my neighbors have EVER COMPLAINED the new management has decided to give me a "keep it quiet or be out in 10 days" notice.. LAME! I have never EVER had a complaint form ANYONE before. This is ridiculous.
My lease is ending in November and I don't think that I will resign. Oh yeah and just so you know the 2nd floor is all section 8. No problems there as far as I'm concerned but it is something they didnt tell me when I first moved in.
