I have been living at Pacific Point for almost 4 years. The most impressive attribute of this arrangment is the kind, professional ownership and staff. There have, of course, been a few minor problems that have been corrected professionally, quickly and courteously. The most memorable happened when I was having a diner party and my sink stopped up as I was preparing dinner. They rushed to fix it in time for my dinner party not to be fouled up--- apparently the little girl who lived there before me hid her ice cream sticks from Mom in the sink drain with the disposal!!!
The owners take pride in their building and are constantly upgrading their investment. I recently had granite added to my kitchen at no cost to me. I wanted to add some bookshelves which they did with grace. They have also been ope to my requests to improve my apartment-- some of which I offered to pay for. They don't take advantage of me and I honor that. They are always cleaning the building, the grounds and keep the building and the units in tip top shape.

The building is very safe with lots of features to keep it so. Every year I see Dads dropping off their daughters as the UW gets started. They wouldn't be doing that year after year unless they too felt confident in their daughters' safety.

The owners are professional people. You can expect to be treated fairly, honestly and need never worry about getting ripped off. Of course they expect the same from you. If you trash their property it should and will cost you-- but that cost, if necessary, will be honest and fair.

Chu is the fellow in charge of the crew for maintance, repair and improvments for this and other properties they own. He can be counted on to act quickly and do more than necessary to fix any problems. They act to keep their property in tip top condition. I asked recently for a small repair on my patio door. They noticed that the outside weather had begun to delaminate the door. Istantly they installed a whole new door and reinstalled the curtain I had on the old door!

Maryanne is aother employee who is costantly keeping all areas of the building clean and tidy-- This is really a wonderful place to live!

You can trust these people! And they have a sense of humor!
