My boyfriend and I moved into the Palladian Apartments last summer. The building manager is very friendly. The building was built in the 1920's so it's very old. Our windows whistle all the time, it's very cold, the water bill is outstanding, hard to find parking, no utilities included, and the maintenence is very poor. The windows are continuously growing mold and the "repair girl" even came into our apartment one day. She just unlocked the door and walked in. She didn't know I was home and I definetely startled her! The stairs are always filled with garbage, cigarettes, misc clothing. It's just an old crappy building. The only good thing about it is that it's cheap and right downtown. Close to everything. Other than that it's a real mess.
