Management is HORRIBLE!!! The last manager used to flirt with Every female on the property.You have to wait weeks for anything to get done...that is if it ever does get done. My Best friend also lives in Parkhill and her apartment wasnt finished when she moved in and is still unfinished to this day. my washer breaks every 3 months like clock work. My microwave blew out and no one has came to fix it...i have resorted to heating things in the oven.If your a day late on your rent they charge a 50.00 late fee and a 20.00 fee for the piece of paper they use for the notice. Also Parking is Horrible. There is Always somone parked in your spot. sometimes you here people Honking their horns after 3am trying to get somone to move out of there parking spot. O and the # to call to tow somone is a fake number it doesnt go anywhere. Somone who was working for the owners used to live above me and had to unload packages all the time and would ALWAYS be parked outside of my garage so my car was blocked in. One day i left them a note on there winshield and so they decided to write me one back saying " They work for the OWNER of Parhill not the MANAGER and will be continueing to park there to unload packages." There was nothing I could do. Thank god they moved. Also its dangerous. My apartment was broken into. My best friends car was stolen and Iv seen a shooting and another where the Swat team was knocking on everyones doors for an attempted murder.Do NOT MOVE HERE. I WISH I HAD THE MONEY 2 LEAVE!!!
