I've lived in the Park Manor apartments off and on for quite a few years, and I have to agree with the pevious review; that the deck (when usable) is fantastic, but has now been locked for weeks and the west facing apartments have amazing views.
The new building manager is hard to communicate with; he never returns phonecalls unless promted by Cornell and Associates. He shouted at a couple of my friends.
Building management is a customer service oriented job and this person should be finding ways that will make things work, instead of fueling a situation with false accusations and "colorful language" when a miscommunication occurs.
I also agree that the previous building manager was great, her name was Keri. She lived onsite and was always extremely helpful.
