The last two reviewers haven't moved out yet. They do highlight something about this place which is noteworthy: the fellow tenants. When I lived there, our neighbors smoked in the building and it would come into our apartment. In fact, do not live here if you don't smoke. Its a giant cigarette. The upstairs neighbors we had were just insanely loud douchebags. No amount of complaining to security did anything. Even they laughed about it. So, don't live here if you want to sleep. Then that brings me to the worst example of a neighbor: the drug dealer. In our building, there was a lovely young drug dealer woman. She had a child. I once found her daughter roaming around the parking lot in a diaper with no shoes or clothing on. Needless to say, this prime location was close to some level 3 sex offenders (I looked up 98125) and this was just horrific. Her mother was passed out in their apartment. I brought the girl back and the mother didn't even care. Also, while there, the swat team once showed up and put the entire facility on lockdown because another one of these awesome neighbors had a domestic dispute. These are some great neighbors! I'm so glad I left. I have lived in the most amazing apartment since leaving this place. I think the people who wrote the reviews below are complacent and even from their reviews you can tell they have low standards. Maybe the whole dog angle can lure someone in but to all those without dogs, does this sound remotely good' Oh yea, and the place I live in now is bigger, cleaner, hardwood floors, w/d, in an amazing neighborhood, closer to downtown, and while it was 100 more a month, it was SO worth it. No noise problems, druggies, ------ management etc...

I know the woman of whom you speak...she is gone now...yeah, she is a nightmare--or was i should say. Please don't tell me what my standards are and how they must be low. I want a safe and secure place to live as much as you. I want undesirables gone from this place. I want to live within my means and can't insulate myself in a way that more money can offer, but I can try to get undesirables moved out--and it is far from complacency that is required to do this. Complacency is moving out and labeling the ones here. Cheers in your new place and all, this is my home.
