Parkside Apartments

Nice neighborhood; good apartment From: profplum27 Date posted: 6/14/2007 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007   I definitely recommend Parkside apartments if you're looking for a Capitol Hill apartment that's away from all the hubub of Broadway. It's in a great neighborhood with Fuel and Kingfish Cafe in the same block, Tullys and Cafe Vios just a couple blocks away. My only complaints are that the one-bedroom apartment is too small for my boyfriend and me to share (about 460 sq. ft.) and the laundry room is often occupied (only 2 washers and 2 dryers). Also, be sure to check that you get a cell phone signal inside the apartment before you sign on the dotted line. I couldn't get T-Mobile there for some reason. I hardly saw the neighbors and rarely even heard them. I've come to learn that the pet policy is actually pretty good for Seattle.
