I lived here from Sept 08 till Feb 09, having to move due to job relocation.
Building itself wasn't bad. Honestly for a 2 bedroom 2 bath 1100 sq ft unit, you're not going to find much places around for $1115 a month.
I did like the spacious 2 bed unit in-unit washer/dryer, which is a real plus, considering I always had some stuff lost/stolen from community washer/dryer rooms in the past.
Also, when my sink was clogged, the manager called in a plumber the same day to get it fixed, so service for me was alright. I was even late by couple days on rent once, and the manager (on-site on anyways) didn't mind it and didn't charge my the fees for late rent.
Anyways, not all that bad considering the price and etc.
