Unbelievably rude manager. That alone is a massive reason to avoid Paul Revere.

No Astro-turfing Here!
I'd love to believe that these recent positive reviews were sincere and unsolicited, but I doubt it. Obviously I lived here several years ago, but this has always stuck with me as one of the more unpleasant rental experiences that I've had. The studio itselfā¦Ā See More >hrose21

Gets the job done
I'm a student at Seattle University and have lived here for approximately 2 years. The location and price are the main reasons I chose Paul Revere, and it certainly delivers on those counts. - It's a 15 minute walk from school as well as theā¦Ā See More >mholmes123

Great studio for the price
This apartment complex has been a great place to live for the past 4 years. It is an old building that has its quirks but is well maintained by the staff. The closet in my studio is large enough to fit my dresserā¦Ā See More >kculala

Good little apartment on First Hill
Reasonably priced for such proximity to downtown and capitol hill. Staff are friendly and maintenance issues were dealt with in a prompt manner. Unfortunately, parking is not convenient, but there is street parking if you have a zone 21 pass and you can easilyā¦Ā See More >anonymous

Lovely place
Building is solid, maintenance is quick, price is low and stable, management can be gruff but has your back. I bounced around a lot when I first got to seattle, but this i's where I've been for two years and intend to stay. I knowā¦Ā See More >owlman9999

good place to live in first hill
