the porter really has so much to offer: water pressure that is the equivalent of a gentle seattle rain; hallways that are peppered with cats, garbage, and dust; a manager that works a whole ONE day a week to address any and all maintenance issues for your entire building; and an owner that has done everything in his power to destroy the character of this turn of the century building (painting over original wood trim just for starters). if this sounds intriguing, you should think about renting here. it's neat. gkZ41df9CgXQPfm8K2A7
