Portico on Terrace

Good place, great management From: efareti Date posted: 8/15/2005 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2005   I have enjoyed living at Portico for the last year. The management was extremely helpful and when there was any problem they promptly took care of it. The building as a whole was very quiet, I don't want to say unfriendly, but the tenants seemed to be. The apartment was always clean and I felt very safe in the building. I heard about a few breakins right before I moved in, but there was not one incident while I resided there. While the building was close to the hospitals I really never heard the sirens. Not anymore than other places I have lived. I recommend it, it is a little pricey but that is the nature of Seattle.
