Portico on Terrace

I loved this apartment!! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 4/19/2006 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2006   These secured apartments were probably the best apartments I've ever lived in! Yes, living downtown and across from harborview is noisy, but the apartments themselves, are not. Its pretty quiet year round, plus there is a view of downtown right out your window.. What more could you ask for'' All the neighbors were pleasant, and they keep to themselves. Most of them work at the hospitals or are students and are never home to make noise anyway. If it were up to me, I would still be living here now, but roommate is moving out of town. I highly recommend these apartments.
