I've lived here almost 4 years and am on my third building manager. Melissa is without doubt the most socially inept person I've ever had the misfortune to interact with. I was a day late on my rent- 1st time in 4 years, I contacted her to find out how much of a late fee I should add to my rent and come home to find she has posted an eviction notice on my door! Repairs are not done quickly and often take months or years to complete, I'm still waiting for them to fix external doors near my bedroom window that slam all night when people enter or exit- I requested this fix 3 years ago and was told it would take 6 weeks to repair. Other issues- dish washer to lights, have taken weeks to repair. My rent has been raised annually and the building is not kept clean. One weekend there was throw up in the sole elevator for 3 days before it was cleaned up. The "gym" has been missing it's tv for months now- my car got stolen by another tenant from the lot they suggest across the street. Please do not move in here, it is not a nice place to live. I use to be resident as well, for 5 years, and I too had a late rent payment after five years, my ceiling leaked, electrical problems, and the new manager is without a doubt the worst in the industry. I moved out and will be filing a suit against the property, contact me if anyone wants to participate. All legal fees will be paid by me. They wanted me out as I had the best unit and they want the rent to go up 35% to 1600.00 a month. Can you imagine, no pool, no parking, comon areas always dirty and often gates to the property not locked and owners with dogs, using the common deck for a bathroom. Great place to live.
