Post Alley Court Apartments

No Problems Here From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 11/22/2007 Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2007 5 photos   Moved in in July 07, Melissa has bee great (property manager) I have not had any problems as others have said they have had with her. If i ever have a problem or a repair needing a fix i simply email her and she responses usually that day if not the next day and the issue is fixed within a day or two. My apartment was recently redone, new carpet...new paint, cabinets, appliances (still had the factory tags and labels on them) bathroom. Other than being small apartments, I have no complaints at all. There was a smoker in the building and the fumes would seap into out apartment through a pocket door...made a complaint a few days later to Melissa (i guess she received numberous complaints as well) and within a few days we got a notice saying that within 30 days the complex was suppose to be smoking free. I am really impressed with everything here. Maybe I am just lucky, who knows... but great proximity to shopping...market place...work...and the waterfront. Would recommend to anyone.
