What' This Place Is a Dump From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 7/31/2003 Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2003   The manager must have written the last reveiw because it is incredibly self serving. Anyway, yes the place is within walking distance to all clubs/bars on the hill, but in this recession...who can affoard to go out' Obviously only the Harbor management because the rest of us are paying out of our *&$@ for this place. Nice, but they really are asking too much $$ for something that should cost much less. P.S. The roof deck is such a place of contention, it isn't worth going up in the first place. P.P.S. WHO is the ----- kidding, the management is SO ---! Please, you must be if you have to obviously say you are not...please girlfriend.
