This building would be unbeatable if it was located 5 blocks either W, N or E. As it was it's just too loud next to bars and located near a couple of half-way houses. For all that and relatively high cost (parking - $$$), it rarely has vacancies, so that should tell you that it does have a lot to offer. The interior is tastefully done and new, office mgmt is friendly and helpful as well as available 7 days a week. Again, back to neighborhood, vandalism and theft did occur on occasion. Certainly worth checking out, just visit during the 8 PM - 12 PM timeframe to determine if it's a place you'd like to stay.
