This was the worst place I have ever lived. The building is gorgeous but the management is HORRID. When I lived there in 2004, we moved into our apartment and quickly smelled that the previous tenant had a dog that peed all over the apartment. The stench was so bad, I got headaches every day.
It took a month before we could convince management that shampooing didn't work, the carpet needed to be replaced.
When they finally scheduled the work, they never showed up. We called to maintenance and they said they'd be there tomorrow (meanwhile we had moved all of our furniture into one room). The next day they came and said the whole process would be done in four hours.
Four hours turned into two days and they wouldn't even put us up in a hotel. We had to go to the downtown Harbor properties management to get them to reimburse us for the two days we didnt have an apartment.
Also, the noise is unbearable because the walls are so thin and crazy people are always trying to sneak in the building.
Stay away.

I know the person who used to live in aforementioned apartment unit. She would leave her dog unattended all day long, allowing it to crap and pee all over the concrete floors. When she would let it out, she'd merely open the terrace door to allow it to pee and crap on the upper floor shared balcony/outdoor garden. I remember going over to her apt, opening her door and being facially/physically assaulted by hamster/dog kennel stench. It was completely hazardous, foul. When friend moved out, she complained that apartment managemnet withheld her deposit.
