Looks Nice But Noisy

I have to say that after living here for four months this has been a bad experience. I'll second another review about the creepy neighbor who plays the same music over and over again. The building is supposed to be smoke free but I get smoke in my apartment from inconsiderate tenants. The floors are paper thin so you can here everything the person above you does. Street noise isn't too bad and that is expected but there is an old lady across the street who has a hound dog that barks loud and wakes you up every time it seems you want to take a nap. I can't wait to move out of here. The only positive is that the apartment is well maintained. If you can afford it an extra $200 a month for a quieter place is well worth it. I'm feeling like an insomniac living here. Don't live here unless you can sleep through a war zone. It looks like one of the reviews on this site was placed to raise the average. Suspicious. Gave a bad safety rating because the door is propped open on a regular basis by tenants so any creep could walk in. Did I mention that hallway smells like mothballs because of the creepy tenant'
