Queen Anne High School Apartments

Nice building - bad management From: Joedaddyo Date posted: 1/16/2002 Years at this apartment: 2000 - 2001   I liked living at QAHSA, but I did not like the management. About the building: I lived in a studio-type room that was about 600 sf. and had a small loft above the kitchen area. It was large and the ceilings were very high (maybe 17 ft. or so). The one draw back is the lack of a W/D. For $950 /month you should get a W/D in your apt. About the managemenet: There's this woman who managed (I don't know if she is still there or not) the building, and she was never around. And when she was, she was the most unpleasant person. I have nothing against her personally, it just seemed like she didn't like her job and it showed. If you do live there, make sure you get a parking spot, its a pain in the ass to park on the street.
