Queen Anne High School Apartments

Do your homework..... From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 9/23/2004 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004   As other posters said, the building is something special --- unique architecture, sound construction and a quite neighborhood. However, you're going to pay a lot for this. The only amenities provided are nice laundry rooms (although for the price you're paying you should have W/D in the unit), receipt and delivery of packages to your apartment, a view deck with nice BBQ grills and your water/garbage paid. The management has recently undergone some changes, some of the most visible changes are replacing toilets and showers with low flow (annoyingly low flow in the shower and sink), and cracking down on public spaces (i.e. storage in parking spaces). Definitely find out if you want amenities like an exercise room, W/D in unit (although a few units do have W/D), cable included, office, movie room, concierge, dry cleaning drop off etc before moving in, because for what you'll pay --- you'll soon realize that they should be included and are easily found in less expensive luxury apartments.
