Slumlords
So Iāve walked past this apartment located close to where I live and I see a NE basement level window open. This window, mind you is right at the ground level. Open the window, stick your hand out and you would be touching dirt. Rodentsā¦Ā See More >Lynette_P

Great place to live on the hill
I was pleasantly surprised with the quality of life in the Quinault. The apt. was well kept and very clean when I moved in. Any maintenance or problem was promptly dealt with by Justin, who is probably the best apartment manager I've had in anyā¦Ā See More >hipsterhunter

things change!
I have recently moved to the Quinault apartments and my experience has been great. The manager is friendly and very easy to work with. All of the tenants I've met have been very friendly, and no weirdo's that I've seen. The apartment I am rentingā¦Ā See More >anonymous

I didn't think it was bad either...
I lived there for a year and I had a pretty good experience. The manager asked me to write a review while inspecting my apartment for my move-out. I figured that it wouldn't hurt to help him out. He walked into quite a mess dueā¦Ā See More >Greensmurf

People Smoke Crack Here. Very unsafe Building.
The place was a nightmare. Lots of drug activity in the building. The manager herself is a big part of the problem. After sustaining a serious accident she would come to my door on a regular basis begging for my perscriptionā¦Ā See More >anonymous

I thought it was okay...
I've lived here for over a year (since May 2009) on a first floor unit. The size is great, the bathroom is fine, the light is nice, and it's a pretty building. I unfortunately did not listen to reviewers who said that it's not aā¦Ā See More >anonymous

Digusting, Run Down. and Waste of Money
First I'd like to start off saying that I was lucky I got a 6 month lease which was a good thing. This place had two apartment managers since I started my lease. Shortly after I moved in (about 1 week) The new manager wasā¦Ā See More >anonymous

HORRIBLE PLACE TO LIVE.
I lived in the apartment complex for a year. We had a massive mold issue that took 2 months to "remedy." The management at this building is horrible and if you do a little research, you will see that there have been plenty of complaintsā¦Ā See More >Naniken42

Not a good choice
I lived in this building in a basement studio for a few months while trying to find a new place, and I worked in the building for another year caregiving for a tenant. The building is absolutely NOT worth the rent. It's a very oldā¦Ā See More >anonymous

Just don't rent here - it's not worth your time or money
I have lived in the building for one year. We've had three different managers, and now the manager is not even on-site. Building maintenance is non existent. Frequently the carpeted hallways reek of urine, and there is (I hoping) dog feces inā¦Ā See More >anonymous

New management!
The Quinault has a new manager. he worked at the owners other building and did such a great job, they brought him here. The old complaints just arent true any more. (They were too true before...) It is a great building,ā¦Ā See More >anonymous

The worst place I have ever lived
The management here is horrible. They don't return calls. The maintenance staff has been known to enter apartments without notice. They took down our common board as soon as we started learning and posting about tenant rights. Pathetic. The carpets are about 200 years oldā¦Ā See More >anonymous

What management?
I haven't been here long, but I can say "be wary". I was thankful to find an apartment available immediately, where I could have a dog, sign a relatively short-term lease, in the neighborhood I desired, with rent under $1000 a month. Iā¦Ā See More >anonymous

I have lived in this apartment building for the past year, and inside of this year, I have seen no less than 3 apartment managers (four if you include the crazy assistant manager). The first manager was a drug addict (if you search theā¦Ā See More >anonymous

What's behind door number three?
Different Managers, Thin walls, Increasing Rent!!! 1st manager was awesome, so they replaced her with a troubled lady, then a manager on-site who inevitably moved off-site (who's number doesn't work), and they moved in an assistant manager who doesn't have a number for tenants to call. Connie was bad... connie was terrible. But the new manager is lazy, claims to be doing things for the building, but when you ask him to do anything for you, its at least a few months before it happens. RP Management will backā¦Ā See More >anonymous
