I just recently moved into the building and It's great. There are some noises I hear from the neighbors but nothing more than other apartments. The views are great, the people are extremely nice ( the whole building). The managers are very helpful. As for the space, it's a little small but very easy to use. My boyfriend and I live in the apartment comfortably. Our king size bed fits fine with some walking room around the bed and room for a regular dresser. I highly recommend looking into these apartments if you want to live downtown. The halls smell of cigarette smoke sometimes but what can you do' great apartments.
