Overall, this complex has pretty much everything you need: close to shopping, usually prompt management and maintenance, decent price, relatively clean. What I really like is that the walls are really thick, so its hard to hear other tenants in their apartments. Management is typically quick to respond too. Other tenants are pretty good people here too. There are only a couple of cons that I can think of at the moment after living 1 year here. This is a pretty noisy neighborhood and the apartments use sound blocking windows, but even with the windows closed, some still might find it bothersome. Some things like the intercom and the dishwasher had problems working and it took maintenance several attempts to finally fix them, but at least they were quick to respond. Some apartments in the complex might not look as good as others, so be a little selective when looking at them. I think they only have 2-bedroom apartments here too. Lake City is not the friendliest town, but better than most. There was also a small, recent change in management, so I'm not sure what'll happen. When it all comes down to it, it's well worth the shot.
