Loely quiet place to live

Tucked away against the hill and surrounded by trees, Ravenna Terrace is a peaceful choice. The building is rather old but kept up on the inside. There are only seven units, one on the first floor, two at the first set of stairs, three at the second set of stairs, and one on the backside at the second level. The set of two get a patio and the set of three have balconies. Inside, you get beautiful hardwood floors, a tiny kitchen, a full bath, a den, and one or two bedrooms. I have apartments adjacent to me on 4 sides, but I rarely hear anyone (don't get me wrong, the walls are thin; they're just reasonable people). There's coin-op laundry downstairs. Everything is secured: locks on the windows and a deadbolt on the door, though you wouldn't need it. Street parking is always available within a block, but you currently need a permit to park overnight (they're easy to get if you're a resident). The landlord is a nice guy who gets things done, and is easy to reach by phone. He'll let you make any adjustments to your home, like painting and installing new furnishings, as long as they're "mutually agreeable" (tasteful to anyone). Landlord pays all utilities except electric and personal (phone/tv/internet, etc.) Everything is close, U-Village is a couple of blocks away, Burke-Gilman is just down the street, Ravenna Park is a couple of blocks away. I've been here just over a year and will only be moving for a job.
