The onsite management has changed, the woman that does the job seems pretty nice. The building gets very warm in the summers, the bar next door does not have "great" sound proofing, their bass shakes my wall heater. However, this is city living in a clubbing neighborhood. Its really no big deal. The glass shatter alarm comes at all times of the morning now, anywhere from 3am to 9am, but is only worst if you live in the front of the building.
I would say the number one complaint I have is for the people that congregate on the steps and near the dumpsters during bar hours. Stepping over vomit every other morning is not ideal, but again, city life. What can you do'
The rent is fair, the location is superb.
