Good, but noisy From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 5/13/2005 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2005   Good owner. He really loves his building and take care so much. It's very clean. Also you can get a Comcast cable at $30 per month. The only bad thing is noise. It is located at very busy intersection. And even this building is very safe, other places near Lake City Way are not safe.
