DONT LIVE HERE!!! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 10/25/2006 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006   The Manager is never there, never answers her phone, and NEVER calls you back. I had a maintenance problem I needed fixed ASAP, and she NEVER fixed it. I ended up having to call someone in myself to have the problem resolved. Also the cable may only be $30, but it's spotty. All the channels that you are supposed to get don't work all the time. It's too bad too because the owner is really nice; the building and the management are just bad.
