I've lived there for a year and will return for the 2009-2010 school year. Unique floor plans. Top floor has two- story lofts with fireplaces. Each unit is clean and includes a microwave, washer/dryer, and dishwasher. What I like most is how close it is to campus. One block to main entrance. Management is helpful with repairs and questions. Office is in the Wilsonian building but they are easily accessible. Everyone in the complex is kind and don't steal your packages when the mailman leaves it in front of your mailbox because I'd won't fit. Rent is reasonable considering the included appliances, age (1999), and proximity to school and "The Ave."

We had one break- in by a homeless guy. We lived on the first floor and my roommates don't always lock the door. Get used to hearing a lot of sirens and traffic if your unit faces 15th ave. Qlkxv6lfLuuXn3BrtpO7
