This apartment isnt the worst place, i will say that. but it really isnt the best either.

pros:
- i like the fact that they have indoor hallways, it feels safe.
- some of my niebors were nice.
- its an alright deal.
- all the apartments have a balcony.
- it's close to super market-is stores like QFC and Safeway.
- the apartment managers are nice.
- you are allowed to smoke!
- with a reasonable deposit, they let you have pets.
- close to bus stops
- its a family run business, and thats cool.

cons:
- parking is pretty crappy, if you want a spot, youre going to have to pay extra for it. and off-site parking is hard to find.
- the managers are nice, like i siad, but they really don't do anything. 1) my fridge has been leaking since i moved in a year ago, ive let them know a few times over the months but they have never even made a attempt to contact me or fix it. 2) they left a ton of wood trim just sitting in my apartment when i moved in. they told me they would be putting it up in my place in a week, they never did. the trim has been sitting there the whole time....things like that.
- my ceiling leaks from time to time.
- pipes throught the building make loud, high pitch droning noises sometimes.
- water is yellowish in color for the first 15 or so seconds every time i turn on the faucet.
- the balcony i have is great but i am on the top floor and it has no covering. here in seattle, i am left out in the rain.
- yes, little mexican kids do run around the hallways sometimes.
- the building often reaks of weed. but i dont know, maybe that would be a pro for some people..
- elevator scares some people..
- i dont know, thats it.. i dont reel like writing any more.


again, it's not the best place.. but i smoke a lot of cigarettes and like i said, you can smoke in your apartment. and its not like this place is horrible.. just.. not the best. i dont know. this is my story. yup.
