Gorgeous High-End Loft Condos Close to Downtown!

Great apartment community. Rollins was originally meant to go Condo, but when the bottom fell out of the real estate market and they didn't sell quickly enough, it turned into a high-end apartment community.
No where else that I know of at least in the Seattle area can you get a true concrete and wood loft unit with top end (Kohler, Quartz counters, Bosch Appliances) finishes like this.
Anyone who lives in Seattle has walked by the lobby of this place, with the soaring wooden beams and maybe, just a bit, wished they lived there :)
Cons to living here' Hard to come up with 'em. There isn't any retail in the downstairs yet (but being across from Whole Foods and SeaStar doesn't exactly suck). The utilities are expensive given that this is a "Green" building, but it really just reaffirms the reality of the entire "green" and "recycling" movement - that no money is saved, just a new profit center for a different type of corporate crook.
If you are wanting to live in the downtown Seattle area and like the idea of a loft you owe it to yourself to check out Rollins. Other than a few condo projects and some new apartments near the Paramount, I don't think anything in this city even comes close to comparing.
