Owners and Management From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 4/6/2007 Years at this apartment: 1995 - 2007   I have lived at Roosevelt Ridge for many years. I watched this place go through alot of Owners and Managers. It has never been this well kept or well maintained. I can say enough good about the NEW Owners and Managers. Someone who yes is raising the rent, but now we do not have to feel like we are paying high rent for "ghetto" living. I feel everyone is entitled to their opinions and just feel it is a GOOD place to live and everyone is treated equal reguardless of your income or status. Thank you for all the hard work.
