I love these apts. I have been living here for about 4 months. The management is very attentive to any problems. The only problem I have is that you can hear your upstairs neighbors walking around kinda squeaky floors(prob not an issue if you are on the top floor). The parking can be kinda rough for guests. These apts are huge and have lots of closet space. The only downfalls are that you can't have pets here and there are no fireplaces. For the price though there is no place I would rather live in Interbay. I also ride the bus and the bus stop is so close you could spit on it. Any problems addressed in the other reviews are a thing of the past. A great community with great tenants and manager.
