this building is disgusting. I was lucky enough to have one of the nice apartments in the building, but I still had to deal with an overwhelming moth and flea infestation, rampant mold, a neighbor who beat his girlfriend and dogs on a regular basis, and one one occasion, I was mugged in the lobby. Every morning residents are treated to a fresh pile of dog feces on urine in the hallways and lobby.
All management ever really did was pass the buck,point fingers and write us nasty letters. When dealing with the corporate office I was screamed at, threatened and hung up on twice.
The rent was raised after the six month lease to "market rate". It's laughable considering they are comparing their rent to buildings that are well cared for with actual ammenities.
Avoid all buildings managed by RP.
