I live here with my boyfriend. We absolutely adore our city apartment. It exceeded our expectations. It's clean and lovely, with a balcony, dishwasher and washer and dryer in the unit. The location is AMAZING! We walk everywhere. If you LOVE the city and don't want to use your car or don't care to own one, this should be your home. If you are expecting the burbs or a quiet little neighborhood with picket fences or a $2000/mo luxury high rise, I'd suggest that you keep looking.
