	Nice clean apartment. When we were here the landlord was good about fixing stuff around the apartment. A little noise traffic. Big rooms. Would recommend. $25/person for utilities poor insulation, they need new windows

	Built in 1904 as a single family mansion. The Shannon Apartments have a unique personality and fantastic landlords!
