Shelby Apartments

The Shelby is disappointing and too expensive!! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 2/16/2003 Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2003   I think the managers must have written that last review!. The Shelby stinks. Noisy neighbors, noisy parties, noisy dog barking. The management are nice but can't deal with the buildings problems. There is a lot of crime in the neighborhood. Be careful at night. The back side of the building was like an oven in the summer..way too hot!!! Sit and Spin next door is totally noisy too! You can get more for your money and a better deal somewhere else in Belltown.
