I've been living here for a year and a half now. I hardly ever hear any noise. The only time you can hear other people is when you're in the hallway, you cant hear anything once you're inside your apartment. The building is old so if you expect central heat and air then don't move here. Sometimes the water comes out brown, but that only last a few seconds and in my opinion it's to be expected of such an old building. I've only had two maintenance request and one was because I blew out my pilot light and didn't know how to light it again. I called maintenance while I was at work and they had it fixed by the time I got home. The other time my water pressure got really low somehow, but they turned it back to normal. The location is great, you can walk to everything.
