The management is fairly easy to get along with. And they're always willing to fix a problem as long as they know about it. My only issues with them is how long it takes something to get fixed. It took a few months to get screens put on my windows after my request, and when they finally did, it didn't actually fit in my window and could have fallen out very easily. (Although, it was eventually fixed.) Plus, since the floods, our laundry room hasn't been working. A month and a half later, and it still hasn't been fixed. I have to do laundry at my boyfriend's. Generally, the people are nice and quiet and it is a good place to be with easy access to bus routes. It's not the safest part of town, but that isn't the faul of the management. I'm not very happy with how high my rent has been raised ever since my lease ran out, but again, that doesn't necessarily reflect the management.
